Our Aesthetic Nurse, Betsy decided to feature these 2 gentlemen for the Velashape treatments because she felt they were ideal candidates.  They both are diligent about their health– through their exercise routines, diet, and preventative healthcare.  Velashape is the perfect compliment to their healthy lifestyle.

Velashape is a treatment that contours, shapes, and slims the body by reducing circumferential volume and appearance of fat tissue and cellulite.  It is non-invasive, and FDA approved.  We utilize the Velashape II device, and most patients will require 4-6 treatments.  However, many experience a notable difference after just 1 treatment.

Here is the gentlemen’s perspective of treatment #1 of 6, as well as their initial photos.  And yes, we are doing the treatments through the Holidays, challenging them to the max!

It was very easy and actually felt very comfortable except when it would get a little too warm which only happened a few times and was not too bad. P.S. writes “This morning marks the first of 6 vela-shape treatments, I’ve enthusiastically agreed to do.  I have had no prior knowledge of this treatment and after hearing about it, am anxious to see the results (in spite of my personal trainer’s skepticism).  The whole procedure was fast, comfortable, and relaxing.  There is much information about the positive results of vela-shaping available, but the experience for me personally, was really pleasant.  The device felt like a warm–sometimes hot–suction with what felt like shanghai massage rollers concentrated on my specific target areas.  The staff was warm and the environment was pleasant and inviting.  Betsy Moran’s bedside manner is stellar, making sure I was comfortable the entire time.  So far, this is a great experience and I’m looking forward to moving full-steam ahead over the next six weeks to reach my goal.”
