Description

64 year old female with silicone subglandular breast augmentation over 30 years ago presents with bilateral grade III capsular contracture. Found to have extracapsular rupture on right side. Post-op: Patient underwent bilateral capsulectomy, converted to submuscular with implant exchange.
Post op: Patient underwent Breast Augmentation with silicone implants.
