We offer Botox® Cosmetic, dermal filler injections, chemical peels, laser resurfacing, and more. Using various skin treatments and injectables, our nurse aesthetician can smooth away wrinkles, reverse the signs of aging, and leave your skin looking refreshed and healthy. We want to keep you looking your best as long as possible.
Sometimes the best way to do this is not with surgery but with Botox® injections or injectable fillers. Our goal is to give you the maximum benefit possible and to listen to you in helping you reach your goals.
At The Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville in Tennessee, we use Botox® injections to help eliminate crow’s feet, frown lines, and other facial wrinkles. The effects of Botox® Cosmetic can be repeated every few months.
Other Injectable Fillers
Other than Botox® injections, The Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville also offers Juvéderm®, Juvéderm® Ultra, Ultra Plus, Voluma, Restylane®, and Restylane® Lyft. We have an injectable that will suit your needs.

We will design a skin care regimen to meet your specific needs and lifestyle.

Consultations are complimentary with our registered nurse/aesthetician.
Chemical peels using alphahydroxy acids such as glycolic, lactic or fruit acids are a mild but effective way to smooth and improve the texture of the skin. As one of the many skin treatments offered at our Nashville area practice, chemical peels are an in-office procedure that take only a few minutes. Once your face has been cleansed, a chemical solution is applied to the skin. Over the course of the next several days, you may experience some redness and flaking. When the dead layers of skin have peeled away, the younger, healthier layers of skin will be revealed. Best results are seen when the peels are performed in a series of treatments spaced three to four weeks apart and a good skin care regimen is being used at home. Chemical peels are a recommended treatment for those individuals with facial blemishes, fine lines, and uneven skin tone.
Chemical peels are an effective and affordable way to help restore that youthful glow to your skin. In addition, they are a great way to prepare for and enhance your surgical results. We offer a variety of peels including the VIPeel®.
Sclerotherapy (Vein Therapy)
What are spider veins?
Spider veins are small clusters of red, blue, or purple veins that lie close to the surface of the skin. They are connected to the larger venous system; however, they are not an essential part of the system. These veins, with their thin spider shape, are often seen on thighs, calves, ankles, and knees.
Symptoms associated with spider veins include aching, burning, swelling, and night cramps.
The spider veins are injected with a sclerosing agent, which causes them to collapse and fade. The treatment areas may be bruised and red at the injection sites for up to a month. There is also a risk of small blood clots forming, and skin discoloration at the injection site. These residual brown spots will eventually fade.
More than one treatment is usually required to achieve optimal results. These skin treatments should be performed four weeks apart.
What to bring to your appointment?
When you come to your appointment, you will need to bring a pair of shorts to change into and a pair of compression hose 15-30 mmhg. The compression hose can be purchased at a medical supply store.
