The patient is a 52-year-old female who presented for bilateral breast augmentation. She really wanted the 425 Motiva. Because she has no real ptosis, there was no reason to do a mastopexy, but given we were using a larger implant and she is small in nature, the doctor wanted to use GalaFLEX inferiorly.
