Description
26 year old female patient desires breast augmentation. Wears 34B and would like to be “mid C cup”. She has some ptosis due to tuberous breasts. Post op: Patient underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy with periareolar scars only. Implants are saline placed submuscularly.
