  2. Take daily flaxseed oil supplements, which can help you prevent wrinkles.
  3. Switch to a gentle cleanser and exfoliant to help moisturize your skin with every skincare step.
  4. Try using natural oils to moisturize your skin, such as coconut oil or argan oil.
  5. Apply a broad spectrum sunscreen daily to prevent sun damage, no matter the weather.
  6. Turn on your humidifier every night to add moisture back into the dry winter air.
  7. Use dry shampoo in between hair washes to better retain your hair’s natural oils.
