Description

The patient is a 39-year-old female who presents at this time with bilateral breast ptosis and asymmetry. Both breasts were tuberous with a short nipple to the inframammary fold distance. She has the left breast at least 100 grams larger than the right. We discussed reducing just a small amount from the right breast, a wedge underneath and reducing the left to match.
