Description

A 45-year-old otherwise healthy female with previous history of saline augmentation in the dual plane many years ago, 2001. She now has bilateral displaced implants with significant asymmetry and severe breast ptosis. She has had several pregnancies since implants were placed. Both implants are laterally displaced and appear to be very over filled.
