Description

The patient is a 34-year-old female who years ago had implants and was double D and really liked it. However, during in and around her
pregnancy, she had the implants removed through inframammary fold incision. She now returns, done having kids, and would like to have implants back. We
discussed and she really, given the fact that she wants a 475 mL, she does have enough extra breast tissue or skin to warrant a lift and I have shown her pictures
that even with grade 2 ptosis with implant looks like, but because of the large size of the implants, I would recommend GalaFLEX to help support the inferior pole.
We discussed we would use her old inframammary fold incisions, making it slightly longer to get in the large implants and the GalaFLEX.
