Description

The patient is a 24-year-old female, who presents at this time for bilateral breast augmentation. She has a known chest wall asymmetry with significant pectus carinatum with even more prominent sternal costal margin on her left than on her right. We initially attempted sizes with different size implants but that actually made her look less symmetric than the same size implants. She understands the two sides of her body are never going to be completely symmetric, that she has remarkably different inframammary folds.
