Description

The patient is a 51-year-old female who, 15 years ago, underwent bilateral augmentation with vertical mastopexy with subglandular saline implants. She presents now at this time for implant removal and vertical mastopexy. Her body has changed. Implants are now firm and the right side was calcified.
